Parent Metal General Terms and Conditions

Policy Last Updated May 2023

Payment Terms:  All invoices are payable within 30 days net from the invoice date and are subject to credit department approval.  Prepayment is required for all new customers until credit has been established.

Pricing:  All prices are F.O.B. factory, Bensalem, PA.  Prices and product designs are subject to change without notice.

Shipment:  The customer is responsible for selecting the carrier and method of shipment.  The customer will handle All freight claims within the carriers’ terms.  Parent Metal Products is not responsible for brokerage, customs, warehousing, or any other fees associated with international shipments.

Returns:  Unless authorized by Parent Metal Products, merchandise cannot be returned.  All returns are subject to a restocking charge.  All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and marked with a Parent Metal “RGA” number outside of all packages.

Cancellations:  A cancellation fee will apply to any order in production based on expenses incurred.
